Shipping
We ship to you by CANPAR courier in Ontario; by Canada Post to every other province; and by UPS in the United States. Delivery time is fast, sometimes in just a few days. If you are outside of Canada and the USA, we mail your flannel by Canada Post. All items, except for custom-made items, are guaranteed for exchange or refund. If you are exchanging your item for a differently priced item, you will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Return Policy
You can return or exchange your pajamas any time as long as they are unwashed and in their original package and condition.

From Canada:
Send your parcel to Nights in White Flannel, 275 Gordon Street, Unit #7, Fergus, Ontario N1M 2W3. Include your telephone number or e-mail address and a note explaining what you would like in return. We cannot be responsible for the return postage or courier charges, but we will ship the new item to you free of charge. If you have lost the receipt or received the item as a gift, don't worry...we will still exchange the item. For a refund or VISA/MasterCard credit (minus the shipping charges) you will need the original receipt.

From the USA:
Send your parcel by US Mail or UPS 'AIR' (not 'GROUND') to Nights in White Flannel, 275 Gordon Street, Unit #7, Fergus, Ontario, Canada N1M 2W3. Include your telephone number or e-mail address and a note explaining what you would like in return. We cannot be responsible for the return postage or courier charges, but we will ship the new item to you free of charge. If you have lost the receipt or received the item as a gift, don't worry...we will still exchange the item. For a refund or VISA/MasterCard credit (minus the shipping charges) you will need the original receipt. Please Note: It is very important that you boldly mark on the outside of the package and on the declaration that the parcel contains "CANADIAN GOODS BEING RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND." Otherwise, your parcel will not be accepted. Also, due to regulations, we are not allowed to sell children's sleepwear to our customers in the USA.
